About the ETN

The ETRACS NYSE® Pickens Core Midstream Index ETN is an Exchange Traded Note linked to the performance of the NYSE® Pickens Core Midstream Index, less tracking fees, and may pay a variable quarterly coupon linked to the cash distributions associated with the underlying U.S. midstream energy index constituents. Note that if the index constituents do not make distributions, then investors will not receive any coupons.
